Dr. CJ Pommier is a patent attorney who joined the firm in December of 2023. Dr. Pommier has almost 20 years of professional, leadership, and management experience in multinational and Fortune 100 biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies as a scientist, people manager, and certified project manager. Prior to joining Hayes Soloway, CJ was in a corporate transactional practice with Hecker Pew, PLLC.

Dr. Pommier has experience presenting on Artificial Intelligence topics on national and international stages. CJ was Faculty for the ABA CLE on President Biden's Executive Order on Artificial Intelligence and moderated the American Privacy Law Project panel at the Privacy Law in the AI Era Conference. CJ is also the Executive Director of the TechLaw Program at the University of Arizona.
