Hayes Soloway provides services for all areas of patent prosecution. For a flat fee, we enter foreign or PCT applications into the US national phase before the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO"). Included with this service is a review of the application and related documents, suggestions for corrections or amendments to conform the application to standard practice within the US, and the filing of a preliminary amendment. We also prepare declarations and power of attorney forms at no additional cost. Other patent filing services are also offered at highly competitive rates. We offer separate flat rates for recording assignments and preparing and filing Information Disclosure Statements.

In complement to our high-quality services, we strive to provide our clients with quick communication and convenient billing practices. Official Actions from the USPTO and other communications are reported to clients within two business days. Our aim is to expedite communication and prevent incurring extension fees, when at all possible. We also provide invoicing per matter on the vast majority of matters, allowing our clients to receive one invoice with the total cost of the service, not successive invoices based on billing periods. We will customize our practices to meet the needs of our clients.
