Nick Soloway

Practice: Mr. Soloway has been practicing in the intellectual property profession for over 40 years. He has extensive patent prosecution, litigation and licensing experience and counsels clients and renders formal opinions concerning the infringement or validity of patents and the designing of products and processes to avoid potential patent infringement. Mr. Soloway has filed and prosecuted well over 10,000 patents and trademarks for large and small corporations in the United States and throughout the world and his client base includes industry leaders in aerospace, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemical technologies, mechanical and electromechanical technologies and microelectronics.

Other experience: Prior to founding Hayes Soloway, P.C., Nick Soloway was in private practice in Boston, and before that in New York City. In addition to the practice of law, as a serial entrepreneur he co-founded 3 technology based companies: Diamond Guard (defunct), HBN Shoe, Structural Pharmaceuticals, a not-for-profit start-up for the University of Arizona Biochemisty and Molecular Biophysics Department.
