Practice Summary

Mr. Mosier is an AV rated trial lawyer with almost 30 years of trial experience in private, civil practice, primarily in complex litigation, and commercial/business tort litigation. He has an extensive state and federal trial court and appellate practice. Mr. Mosier was lead trial counsel in defense and prosecution of several certified class actions and was an arbitrator in major commercial AAA arbitration proceedings. He has substantial lead trial experience in complex, class action and commercial litigation, including trying a number of lengthy commercial litigation cases to judgment and through appeals. Additionally, Mr. Mosier has served as Adjunct Professor, Antitrust Law at the University of Toledo, College of Law, and has extensive experience in counseling local, regional and multi-national corporate clients, and diverse other business entities on a variety of antitrust and trade regulation issues, both transactional and structural.
