Daniel H. Landau has been with the firm since 2007, serving as a law clerk, an intern and a patent agent. Dan has experience in many areas of intellectual property law and specializes in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications with a focus in the mechanical, electrical and computer systems arts.
In law school, Dan served as a chair of the Franklin Pierce chapter of the Licensing Executives Society and a board member for the Moot Court Board. Dan also coached a team in the S. Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition for trademark and unfair competition law in addition to participating in the competition and winning first place in the oral argument for the North East region.
